I’m baaaackkk!

On a whim, I decided to reactivate this account for the summer time. This is my last week of school, I’m getting an elliptical this weekend, and I’m going paleo. 

I’m ready to get rid of this 80 pounds now… for good. May take a year, may take two. But I’m getting there.

So I’m doing like a combination

of the nutrition plan for Power 90 and the exercise plan from brazil butt lift. Hopefully, the rest of my week will look something like this.

Thursday

Breakfast: Oikos greek yogurt and Fiber One honey clusters cereal, Snack: Apple, Snack: Protein Bar + apple, Lunch: chicken breast, salad w/ lemon juice squeezed on top, cheese stick, Snack: Banana + almonds, Dinner: TBD (prob. tilapia w/ mixed veggies)

Cardio Axe + High and Tight

Friday

Breakfast: Oikos gree yogurt and Fiber One honey clusters cereal, Snack: Cheese stick, Snack: Cookie + apple + salad, Lunch: chicken breast + baked potato + salad w/ dressing, Snack: Cheese stick + apple, Dinner: Soup

Bum Bum + Tummy Tuck

Saturday and Sunday will look the same, but I’ll have a treat lunch on Saturday like Chic Fil A (BUT I won’t go nuts, promise) and they’re also my rest days so I might do yoga or something on those days.

But I ate really well today! So I’m gonna do a few tabata videos off youtube to work out in about an hour.

It’s gotten to the point where

I don’t wanna get on this tumblr anymore because I feel so.. incompetent.

I’m growing my relationship with God. It’s hard to do so and be fully committed to exercise and eating right 24/7. Of course I’m not gonna go get super unhealthy because that’s definitely not what God wants.. but I feel like my focus needs to be with Him and not my physical appearance.

i’m not up for running.. BUT

just to punish myself for backing out of running, i’m gonna do kenpo x which kicks my butt EVERY TIME.

  1. resting/me time until 4
  2. kenpo x’ing it up for 30 minutes
  3. type up/cite my english paper
  4. finish my french work
  5. take a shower
  6. CELL! w/ mah girls (: 

so pumped for today. might take a nap in a couple of minutes.
