i’m doing a fruit and veggie cleanse today
i really love them, my mom did it with me last time. i feel like my body needs a jumpstart and all the fiber in fruits will give me that jump start.
rules:
- eat as much as you want, as long as it’s a fruit/veggie
- fruit juice does NOT count
- you can drink water plain or with benefiber for some extra fiber, or green tea. whatever floats your boat
- do NOT exercise because you will not have enough energy to do so
